韭王银芽肉丝 材料:瘦肉200g切丝,韭王及银芽各200g。 调味:生抽1汤匙,油1汤匙,盐1/3茶匙,生粉1茶匙,糖1/2茶匙。 做法: 1.洗净银芽,滴干水份,平放入微波保鲜袋内,加入油,盐少许,用高火煮约1分钟,取出待用。 2.将肉丝与调味拌匀,腌约15分钟,将煎碟放入炉内,用高火加热约3分钟,放入半汤匙油,再放入肉丝拌匀,再用高火煮约2分钟,取出。 3.将煎碟放入炉内,用高火加热3分钟,加油1汤匙,将韭王及银芽放入炒匀后,再放上肉丝,包上微波保鲜纸,放入炉内,用高火煮约1分钟,即可供食。
