In the past 60 years, the Cixi Cigarette Factory has grown and expanded with the progress of the motherland. It started from a cigarette workshop of the New Fourth Army, developed into a well-known large enterprise in Anhui Province and even China, and became one of the 36 key enterprises in the Chinese tobacco industry. The cigarette factory owns 2.2 billion yuan in assets, setting a record of producing 700,000 boxes of cigarettes per year. The company’s annual sales amounted to 2.8 billion yuan.
