通过数值模拟分析了窝帽热锻模具和毛坯设计参数对成形载荷、锻件折叠和充不满的影响。数值模拟结果表明:2个初始毛坯的设计均不合理,毛坯体积过小是造成锻件充不满的主要原因。为了避免锻件塌角的同时应尽可能降低挤压力和合模力,余料与锻件的体积比应控制在0.04%~0.35%范围内,余料槽宽度应在3~6 mm之间,且随着余料体积的增加而增加,余料与锻件之间应增设过渡圆角r=2 mm。
The effects of design parameters of die cavity and blank on the forming load, forging folding and dissatisfaction were analyzed by numerical simulation. The numerical simulation results show that the design of the two initial blanks is unreasonable and the small blanks are the main reason for the dissatisfaction of the forgings. In order to avoid the collapse of forgings at the same time should be as much as possible to reduce the extrusion force and clamping force, the residual material and the forging volume ratio should be controlled within the range of 0.04% to 0.35%, the remaining groove width should be between 3 ~ 6 mm, and With the increase of the volume of the remaining material increases, the remaining material and forging should be added between the fillet r = 2 mm.
