介绍了运用控制爆破技术拆除深圳市新光牛奶公司三栋八层框架结构楼群的爆破方案、钻孔和装药参数的选择。由于建筑群距变电站、石厦中学、众孚小学及街道、民房较近,加之拆除的建筑物面积达2万多平方米,因而对爆破震动、塌落震动和爆破飞石等的控制要求较高。作者通过孔内、孔外延时起爆技术使楼房逐排逐跨下落,有效地降低了爆破震动和建筑物大面积塌落时引起的冲击震动。文中还详细地介绍了爆破拆除高层框架结构楼房的施工方法和技巧及控制爆破飞石的有效措施。
