本文理论部分研究了计算刚性或弹性支承上多盘多支承双转子系统临界转速的矩阵解法,计算方法得到了实验验证,并对现有发动机的结构型式拟定了计算程序。实验部分对双转子超临界自稳、“拍”和正反进动等现象作了较为仔细的观察和初步分析,为今后探讨双转子系统轴振动特点积累了较为有用的资料。
The theoretical part of this paper has studied the matrix method to calculate the critical speed of the multi-disk and multi-bearing dual-rotor system on rigid or elastic bearings. The calculation method has been verified by experiments. The calculation program of the existing engine structure has been worked out. Experimental part of the double-rotor supercritical self-stability, “beat” and the phenomenon of positive and negative precession made a more careful observation and preliminary analysis for the future double-rotor system axis vibration characteristics accumulated more useful information.
