目的了解目前中学生心理健康水平及心理干预的影响因素。方法选择青岛市某中学高一612名学生设立干预组和对照组进行SCL-90的调查,将心理干预前后对照组与干预组的结果进行比较,对干预组学生进行3个月的心理辅导。结果心理干预前后,干预组差异有统计学意义(t=3.07,P<0.05)。结论心理辅导对中学生的心理健康有显著影响。
Objective To understand the current mental health of middle school students and psychological intervention factors. Methods One hundred and sixty-two high school students in one high school in Qingdao were investigated by setting up an intervention group and a control group. SCL-90 was compared between the control group and the intervention group before and after the psychological intervention. Psychological counseling was given to the intervention group for 3 months. Results Before and after psychological intervention, the difference between the intervention group was statistically significant (t = 3.07, P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological counseling has a significant impact on the mental health of middle school students.
