【目的】研究不同配方施肥对库尔勒香梨抗寒性的影响,为科学施肥以提高香梨抗寒性提供依据。【方法】以15年生库尔勒香梨为材料,香梨树秋季开沟施肥,设3个不同配方施肥处理。肥料为腐熟羊粪、生物黑炭、尿素,粒状重过磷酸钙,农用硫酸钾、微量元素。配方施肥后第二年落叶后取样,在人工低温胁迫处理下测定枝条可溶性糖、淀粉、脯氨酸、丙二醛等抗寒指标。【结果】在人工低温胁迫后各处理之间有着显著差异,各抗寒指标含量在各处理普遍升高,抗寒顺序为:配方施肥2>配方施肥3>配方施肥1>CK。【结论】羊粪80 kg/株,生物黑炭40 kg/株,粒状重过磷酸钙150 g/株,硫酸钾按100 g/株,尿素按100 g/株,微量元素20g/株的配方施肥抗寒效果最好。
【Objective】 The effects of different fertilizers on the cold resistance of Korla pear were studied in order to provide basis for scientific fertilization to improve the cold resistance of pear. 【Method】 A 15-year-old Korla fragrant pear was used as material. Pear tree was drenched and drenched in autumn. Three different fertilization treatments were set up. Fertilizer for the maturity of sheep manure, biological black carbon, urea, granular superphosphate, agricultural potassium sulfate, trace elements. The second year after formula fertilization, the samples were taken after deciduous leaves and the cold tolerance index of soluble sugar, starch, proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) in shoots were measured under artificial low temperature stress. 【Result】 The results showed that there was a significant difference among the treatments after artificial low temperature stress. The content of each cold resistance index increased generally in all treatments. The sequence of cold resistance was: formula fertilizer 2> formula fertilizer 3> formula fertilizer 1> CK. 【Conclusion】 The results showed that sheep manure 80 kg / plant, biological black charcoal 40 kg / plant, granular superphosphate 150 g / plant, potassium sulfate 100 g / plant, urea 100 g / plant, trace element 20 g / plant Fertilization best cold effect.
