根据煤矿安全规程相关规定,立井提升系统必须要安装托罐缓冲装置等。目前,煤矿主要使用钢丝绳缠绕摩擦滚筒缓冲装置,近几年又出现新产品,钢带式缓冲装置。本文通过对芦岭矿在用的两种提升系统防撞、过卷缓冲、托罐保护装置原理及性能的比较,阐明了钢带式保护装置较摩擦滚筒式保护装置的优越性,更适合目前芦岭矿的提升系统,且值得推广,钢带式缓冲保护装置是一种趋势,将逐步淘汰不太可靠地钢丝绳缠绕摩擦滚筒缓冲装置。
