1 前言氢化丁腈橡胶的工艺性能实际上是受氢化程度所影响,因此丙烯腑(ACN)含量和残留的双键含量(RD)是工业用HNBR的重要区别特征。本文第一部分叙述了测定HNBR中ACN、丁二烯(BR)和氢化丁二烯(BR)单元摩尔浓度的方法原理。本部分的目的是,按照方法测定工业用HNBR中的特有结构单位的浓度,并与用~1H—NMR光谱法和碘量法所得到的数值进行比较。
1 Introduction The process performance of hydrogenated nitrile rubbers is actually influenced by the degree of hydrogenation. Therefore, the content of acrylonitrile (ACN) and residual double bond content (RD) are important distinguishing features of industrial HNBR. The first part of this article describes the methodology for determining the molar concentrations of ACN, butadiene (BR) and hydrogenated butadiene (BR) units in HNBR. The purpose of this section is to determine the concentrations of the specific structural units in industrial HNBR by the method and to compare the values obtained with ~ 1H-NMR spectroscopy and iodometric methods.
