1937年，红军总政治部编印了《红军长征记》一书。谢觉哉以自己的亲身经历写了《真是蛮子》、《抱崠岗的一夜》、《卓克基土司宫》等文章，为人民留下了珍贵的历史记录。今年是中国工农红军长征胜利60周年。经谢觉哉夫人王定国同意并推荐，特转载谢老的这三篇文章，以飨读者。
In 1937, the General Political Department of the Red Army compiled the book Long March of the Red Army. Thanks to his personal experience, Xie Juezai wrote articles such as “Barbarians”, “One Night in Baogang Gang” and “Tso Zhuji”, leaving precious historical records for the people. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Long March of the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants.
