患者男 ,6岁。反复肉眼血脓尿、尿液中断 2年 ,于1996年 3月 7日入院。体检 :右肾区有叩击痛 ,膀胱有压痛 ,无尿潴留体征。腹部平片提示耻骨联合上缘有一 1 0ｃｍ× 1 0ｃｍ结石阴影 ,ＩＶＰ造影提示右肾盂输尿管不显影 ,左肾盂输尿管显影良好 ,膀胱颈右侧有一个 2 0ｃｍ× 1
Patient male, 6 years old. Repeated gross eye gas pyuria, urine interruption 2 years, on March 7, 1996 admitted. Physical examination: right kidney area percussion pain, bladder tenderness, no signs of urinary retention. Abdominal plain film on the edge of the pubic symphysis prompted a 10cm × 10cm stone shadow, IVP angiography prompted the right renal pelvis and ureter is not developed, the left renal pelvis and ureter developed well, the right side of the bladder neck with a 20cm × 1
