采用Morfi Compact纤维形态分析仪,对相思木漂白KP浆浆料和白水进行纤维分析,并在白水循环回用下进行抄片以及纸张性能的检测。结果表明,浆料纤维的数均长度和重均长度以及粗度比白水纤维的大,并且有更大的平均导管数,白水纤维的帚化率和切断率比浆料纤维的大,而且白水中细小纤维含量高,平均面积大。在白水回用下,随循环次数增加,纸张光学性能略微降低,透气度和粗糙度降低,强度性能得到较大提高。
Morfi Compact fiber morphology analyzer was used to analyze the fiber of Acacia wood bleached KP slurry and white water, and the paper sheets and paper properties were tested under the white water recycling. The results showed that the number average length, weight average length and coarseness of the pulp fibers were larger than that of the white water fibers, and there was a larger average number of tubes. The broom rate and cutting rate of the white water fibers were larger than those of the pulp fibers. Medium and small fiber content, average area. Reuse in the white water, with the increase in the number of cycles, the paper slightly lower optical properties, air permeability and roughness decreased, the strength performance has been greatly improved.
