以Porapak-N为固定相,H_2为载气,利用热导检测器气相色谱法使甲醛-甲醇-水三组分分离,并以色谱柱的分离度作为分离效率的指标,研究柱温及载气流速对分离度的影响,最后确定最佳的操作条件。在此基础上采用内加标准法进行了各组分的定量。该方法快速简单,可在甲醛的工业生产中作为一种分析方法来应用。
Using Porapak-N as stationary phase and H 2 as carrier gas, the three components of formaldehyde-methanol-water were separated by gas chromatography with thermal conductivity detector. The chromatographic separation was taken as the index of separation efficiency. Gas flow rate on the resolution of the final determination of the best operating conditions. On this basis, the internal standard method was used to quantify each component. The method is fast and simple and can be used as an analytical method in the industrial production of formaldehyde.
