新课改要求教师转变教学观念,提高课堂的效率。作为农村中学在这方面更应该结合自己的实际,拿出行之有效的办法。农村的留守学生居多,更需要教师的关心,师生的情感共鸣能有效的提高课堂效率。有效的小组讨论应该具备哪些条件?如何提高学生的阅读兴趣?扩大孩子们的知识面呢?针对这些问题本文讲谈些初步设想。
The new curriculum reform requires teachers to change their teaching concepts and improve the efficiency of the classroom. As a rural secondary school in this regard should be more in line with their own reality, come up with proven measures. The majority of left-behind students in rural areas, but also the teacher’s concern, emotional resonance teachers and students can effectively improve classroom efficiency. What are the conditions for effective group discussion? How to improve the students’ reading interest? To expand the children’s knowledge? In view of these problems, this article discusses some preliminary ideas.
