我院于1996年5月开设了“急救绿色生命安全通道”,使一批危重病人得到及时救治,取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益,军内外多家报纸先后给予了报道。“急救绿色生命安全通道”,即危重病人被送到急诊科后,在接诊、检查、住院、手术等环节上实施一套快捷有效的全程急救服务。现将开设“急救绿色生命安全通道”的体会报告如下:1 加强思想工作,提高队伍素质 确保“通道”的畅通仅靠制度的约束是远不够的,它只能使医护人员暂时在制度的约束下被动工作。急诊科工作紧张、劳动强度高、风险大、待遇低、矛盾多,因而医生思想不稳定。我们利用典型事迹教育医护人员,开展“假如病人是我的亲人”的讨论,把精神文明建设落实到为人民服务上,以真情换理解,以奉献赢民心,使工作人员
In May 1996, our hospital opened the “Green First Aid Safety Passage”, which enabled a group of critically ill patients to receive timely treatment and achieved significant social and economic benefits. It can only make the medical staff temporarily constrained by the system. Passive work. The emergency department is insecure, labor-intensive, risky, low-rate, and has many contradictions. As a result, the doctor’s ideology is unstable. We use typical deeds to educate healthcare workers and carry out discussions on “If the patient is my loved one”, implement spiritual civilization construction to serve the people, exchange understanding with true feelings, and win people’s hearts with dedication to enable staff.
