现在很多的企业都非常重视企业文化, 无论是对外的宣传还是内部的培训、教育,都把自己的企业文化当作一个核心的部分,有关企业文化的书籍和文章也是漫山遍野的。但是真正深入这些企业去了解,却他们所说的企业文化仅仅是一条装饰的领带,对外宣传和对内教化的“教科书”或读本。为什么?因为文化只有被信仰才有价值,而且首先是建立企业文化的自己信仰、员工信仰然后逐步被社会认同和接受,成为有价值的文化。
Nowadays, many enterprises attach great importance to the corporate culture. Regardless of external publicity or internal training and education, they regard their own corporate culture as a core part. Books and articles about corporate culture are also over and over again. However, the real depth of these enterprises to understand, but what they call the corporate culture is just a decorative tie, external publicity and internalized “textbooks” or readings. Why? Because culture is only worth believing, but first and foremost the establishment of corporate culture of their own beliefs, employee beliefs and then gradually recognized by the community and accepted as a valuable culture.
