随着数据通信技术的发展,远动信息的传输也得到了迅速发展。为了保证电力系统调度自动化的功能和远动信息的实时性、可靠性,本文对电力系统远程监测数据进行测控信息库的设计,可以对监测站远程采集到的数据进行合理的组织和存储。并且,使用ASN.1语法规则定义监测对象,这些定义不依赖于监测设备的硬件结构,在其基础上使用BER编码规则对其进行编码,有利于数据的有效传输,提高工作效率。
With the development of data communication technology, the transmission of telematics has also been rapidly developed. In order to ensure the automation of power system dispatching and the real-time and reliability of remote information, this paper designs the monitoring and control information database of the remote monitoring data of power system, which can reasonably organize and store the data collected remotely from the monitoring station. Furthermore, the ASN.1 grammar rules are used to define the monitoring objects. These definitions do not depend on the hardware structure of the monitoring equipment. Based on them, BER coding rules are used to encode the monitoring objects, which facilitates the effective data transmission and improves the work efficiency.
