多学科设计优化技术在当今世界的工业设计领域得到了广泛的应用和发展。文章对多学科设计优化概念的产生、演变、发展以及国内外多学科设计优化技术的应用现状进行了综述分析,针对飞机设计中存在的学科众多、多学科高度耦合、难以全面优化等问题,提出了飞机总体多学科设计优化集成平台的构建逻辑和技术路线,对过程集成、设计探索等技术进行了分析阐述,并运用该集成平台在飞机总体设计中进行了初步的尝试和探索,取得较好的验证效果。最后展望了该设计集成平台的应用前景。
Multidisciplinary design optimization technology in the world of industrial design has been widely used and developed. This paper summarizes the generation, evolution and development of multidisciplinary design optimization concepts and the application status of multidisciplinary design optimization techniques at home and abroad. In view of the numerous subjects in disciplines, highly coupled multidisciplinary and difficult to optimize fully, The construction logic and technical route of the integrated multidisciplinary design and optimization platform of aircraft are analyzed. The technologies of process integration, design and exploration are analyzed and explained. Preliminary experiments and exploration are carried out in the overall design of the aircraft using this integrated platform. The verification effect.
