为适应高温、磨损工作条件,在奥氏体基堆焊焊条中加入稀土元素Y、Ce、La,系统研究稀土元素对奥氏体基堆焊焊条堆焊层组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,稀土元素可改善堆焊层的焊态组织,提高堆焊层金属的焊态硬度、时效硬度及耐磨性和耐热疲劳性。并应用于某些在高温状态使用的冶金工业设备零部件的堆焊修复
In order to adapt to the working conditions of high temperature and wear, rare earth elements Y, Ce and La were added to the austenite-based welding electrodes to systematically study the effect of rare earth elements on the microstructure and properties of the overlay of austenite-based welding electrodes. The results show that the rare earth elements can improve the weld microstructure of surfacing layer, improve the weld metal hardness, aging hardness and wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. And used in some of the high temperature conditions of the metallurgical industrial equipment parts surfacing repair
