应用PRT-SUPERⅡ型射频热疗仪经尿道治疗前列腺增生症124例。随访98例,主观症状改善者88例,尿流率提高者占72.7％,残余尿量减少者占78.5%,无效10例。讨论了适应症、影响疗效因素及并发症处理等。 Application of PRT-SUPER Ⅱ RF thermotherapy transurethral treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in 124 cases. A total of 98 patients were followed up, 88 patients had subjective symptom improvement, 72.7% increased urinary flow rate, 78.5% reduced residual urine volume, and 10 were ineffective.
