本文通过构建一种简单的闭环控制系统模型,利用PLC的高速计数功能,读取和步进电机同步的编码器发出的高速脉冲信号,实现轴定位的精确位置控制。PLC的高速计数功能在实际工作中得到了很好的应用,对设备自动化改造和自动机构的控制具有理论和实际指导意义。
In this paper, by building a simple closed-loop control system model, the use of high-speed counting function of PLC, read and high-speed pulse signal sent by the encoder synchronous with the stepper motor, to achieve precise positioning of the shaft position control. The high-speed counting function of PLC has been well applied in practical work, which has the theoretical and practical significance for the automatic transformation of equipment and the control of automatic mechanism.
