教学活动是一项系统复杂的工程,需要教师主体进行有效的构思和精心的实践.随着新课程标准在初中数学教学中的深入应用,对初中数学学科教学提出的要求和目标也发生了与时俱进的变化和提升.构建主义学者认为,构建教学活动整体的组成部分主要有教师、学生和课堂环境等几种,这些组成要素对教学活动过程的设计以及教学方式的运用,产生着十分重要的影响和制约.初中数学教师在新课程标准的要求下,运用行之有效的教学策略和方法,开展课堂教学活动,已成为一个值得深入研究的课题.近年来,本人结合课堂教学活动组成要素的作用和特性,就如何正确、高效地运用教学策略,进行了一定程度的尝试探索.现将自己的点滴体会进行简要论述.
