番茄灰霉病是导致棚室番茄减产的一种重要病害。本文采用孢子萌发法对6种杀菌剂及其复配对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制效果进行了测定。结果表明:单剂以25%立佳欣可湿性粉剂抑菌效果最好,而50%扑海因悬浮剂抑菌效果最差,EC50分别为2.61μg/ml、528.95μg/ml;复配剂以嘧霉胺+立佳欣抑菌效果最好,而速克灵+灰霉尽抑菌效果最差,EC50分别为2.03μg/ml,114.00μg/ml;增效作用以灰霉尽+扑海因最好,共毒系数为5.91.上述研究结果为该病的防治奠定了基础。
Botrytis cinerea is one of the most important diseases that cause greenhouse tomato yield loss. In this paper, the spore germination of six kinds of fungicides and their compounds against Botrytis cinerea inhibition were measured. The results showed that the single-dose 25% Li Jiaxin wettable powder had the best antibacterial activity, while the 50% dextromethorphan suspension showed the worst antibacterial activity with EC50 of 2.61μg / ml and 528.95μg / ml respectively. The inhibitory effect of pyrimethanil + lijiaxinxin was the best, while the effect of suicide + gingivalis was the worst, with EC50 of 2.03μg / ml and 114.00μg / ml, respectively. The best seaweed, a total toxic coefficient of 5.91. The results of the above research laid the foundation for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
