以水玻璃和硝酸铝为原料,采用溶胶—沉淀法制备了Al2O3.2SiO2无定形粉体,并以该粉体为前驱体材料制备了地质聚合物材料。利用纳米粒度分析仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、SEM、XRD、FTIR等对合成粉体和地聚物材料进行表征;结果表明,粉体平均粒径介于在180~400 nm间;粉体纯度较高,形貌为片层状,为无定形结构;与水玻璃反应后生成的地聚物材料7 d龄期的抗压强度可以达到25.9 MPa。
Using sodium silicate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials, Al2O3.2SiO2 amorphous powder was prepared by sol-precipitation method. Geopolymer material was prepared by using the powder as precursor. The synthesized powders and geopolymer materials were characterized by means of nano-particle size analyzer, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer, SEM, XRD and FTIR. The results showed that the average size of the powders was between 180 and 400 nm. High purity, lamellar morphology, amorphous structure; the geopolymer material generated after reaction with water glass 7d age compressive strength can reach 25.9 MPa.
