目的调查四川省公共卫生机构高层次人才的工作满意度现状,了解其心理需求,为制定高层次人才政策提供参考依据。方法综合考虑四川省各地经济水平及地理位置,选取省内10个市(州)93家公共卫生机构的部分高层次人才,共419人进行问卷调查。结果四川省公共卫生机构高层次人才总体工作满意度得分为3.25±0.49分,尤其是在薪酬待遇方面满意度得分水平很低,为2.88±0.59分。男性满意度水平高于女性,51岁及以上者满意度水平最高,从事相关工作年限越长,满意度越高;三类地区满意度水平高于一二类地区;收入越高,满意度水平越高,但收入在15~20万元区间的满意度水平却低于10~15万元区间。结论四川省公共卫生机构高层次人才满意度水平较低,在今后的工作开展中,应开发与高层次人才相匹配的薪酬待遇体系。
Objective To investigate the current situation of job satisfaction of high-level talents in public health institutions in Sichuan Province, understand their psychological needs and provide a reference for the formulation of high-level talent policies. Methods Taking into consideration of the economic level and geographical location of all localities in Sichuan Province, some high-level talents from 93 public health institutions in 10 cities (prefectures) in the province were selected and 419 were surveyed. Results The overall job satisfaction score of high-level personnel in public health institutions in Sichuan Province was 3.25 ± 0.49, especially in terms of salary and remuneration, which was 2.88 ± 0.59. Satisfaction of men is higher than that of women, the highest level of satisfaction is 51 years old and above, the longer the relevant working years are, the higher the degree of satisfaction is; the level of satisfaction of three kinds of regions is higher than that of category one and two; The higher, but the income level of 15 to 200,000 yuan satisfaction level is lower than 10 to 15 million range. Conclusion The level of high-level talent satisfaction in public health institutions in Sichuan Province is relatively low. In the future work, we should develop a remuneration package that matches with high-level talents.
