为研究燃气企业燃气泄漏事故风险,选取某公司作为实例,模拟计算事故可能的泄漏量,及所导致的中毒、火灾和爆炸事故的风险后果,并进一步分析火灾和爆炸事故的个人风险和社会风险。分析实例计算结果显示,发生燃气中毒的最大危险距离为1.48m;火灾热辐射伤害半径约为17m;假定泄漏量达到84kg时,发生爆炸事故时的死亡半径为0.91m,火灾和爆炸的个人风险均在不可接受范围内,社会风险均在尽可能降低的范围内。进一步提出应对措施,为降低燃气泄漏事故的风险、促进城镇燃气安全提供依据。
In order to study the risk of gas leakage accidents in gas enterprises, a company was chosen as an example to simulate the possible leakage of accidents and the risk consequences of poisoning, fire and explosion accidents. The personal and social risks of fire and explosion were further analyzed . The calculation example shows that the maximum danger distance of gas poisoning is 1.48m and the radius of fire radiation damage is about 17m. If the leakage amount reaches 84kg, the death radius in the event of an explosion is 0.91m. The personal risk of fire and explosion Are in the unacceptable range, social risks are in the range of as low as possible. Further propose countermeasures to provide the basis for reducing the risk of gas leakage accidents and promoting gas safety in urban areas.
