在国际上,物流被认为是国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业,其发展程度成为衡量一国现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志之一,被誉为促进经济发展的“加速器”。随着国内经济的快速发展以及全球化趋势的不断增强,我国已经具备了发展供应链和物流管理的经济环境和市场条件。从物流到供应链管理的变革,正在改变企业的竞争力格局,生产企业和物流企业越来越多地使用供应链管理技术和现代科技手段,提升自己的核心竞争力。21世纪的竞争,不仅是企业和企业之间的竞争,而且是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。虽然提高顾客的满意度以及削减成本的要求,使人们对供应链的重要性的认识日益增加,但不可否认的是中国供应链还处在萌动的阶段,还有很多不成熟之处。供应链构建强调核心企业与其他企业建立战略合作关系,委托这些企业完成一部分业务工作,自己则集中精力发展比竞争对手更擅长的关键性业务,从而提高本企业的竞争力,并使供应链上的其他企业受益。在这个过程中,如何建立战略合作伙伴关系,如何实现降低成本的目的,如何把握信息化和专业化等等问题,值得大家关注。

The competition in the 21st century is not only the competition between enterprises and enterprises, but also the competition between supply chains and supply chains. Although the demand for customer satisfaction and cost cutting has been raised and people are becoming more aware of the importance of the supply chain, it is undeniable that the supply chain in China is still in its infancy stage with many immature points.
