With the popularization of the Internet and the development of MOOC, more and more English learners begin to learn online independently. The role of the network has changed from teaching aided resources to a teaching platform, making online learning a brand new way of learning. Based on the theory of constructivism, this dissertation puts forward the construction basis and design principle of the O2O teaching mode of higher vocational education based on the learner as the center and giving full play to the subjective initiative of autonomous learning.
