教师课堂教学的引导力如何促进课堂教学的改进与发展?在具体实践中,教师如何承担领导者的角色、职责并发挥其最大的潜力?当前地理课堂教学低效现象普遍存在。打造地理高效课堂,成为当前教学的重中之重。教师的课堂不仅是传授知识,而是向学生传授方法,培养学生的能力。地理教师更应提高课堂的引导力,全方位关注每一个学生的发展,有效地提高课堂教学的效率及其价值,成为教师教学工作中的一种社会需求和个人追求。文章分析了当前初中地理学教学的现状,从加强教师职业道德修养与人格魅力的培养和提高教师地理课堂有效的教学,提高教师课堂引导力进行了探讨。
How to Promote the Improvement and Development of Classroom Teaching Through the Guideline of Teachers’ Classroom Teaching? In practice, how can teachers take on the role of leaders and their potentialities and maximize their potential? The current ineffective teaching of geographic classrooms is widespread. Creating a geographically efficient classroom has become a top priority in current teaching. Teachers ’classrooms not only teach knowledge, but also teach students ways to develop students’ abilities. Geography teachers should improve the guidance of the classroom, pay attention to the development of every student comprehensively, improve the efficiency and value of classroom teaching effectively, and become a kind of social and personal pursuit in the teaching of teachers. This article analyzes the current situation of junior high school geography teaching from the perspectives of strengthening teachers’ professional ethics and charisma training and improving teachers’ effective instruction in geography classroom to improve teachers’ classroom guidance.
