目的 在分子水平上总结叶下珠属植物的作用机制和使用原理。方法 利用本实验室自己开发的计算机药物分子设计系统 (PUDDS)对叶下珠属植物的化学成分和药理作用进行系统研究。结果 将各种叶下珠属植物的化学成分按有效类别分类 ,利用PUDDS ,运用基于分子底物和基于受体的药物设计思想 ,分别对叶下珠属植物进行系统的研究 ,快速从中发现先导化合物和探讨作用机制。结论 利用PUDDS ,在分子水平上建立了对中草药单味药和复方药的科学研究体系。
Objective To summarize the molecular mechanism of Phyllanthus and its mechanism of action. Methods The chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Phyllanthus species were systematically studied by using PUDDS developed by our laboratory. Results The chemical constituents of Phyllanthus species were classified according to their effective classification. PUDDS was used to systematically study the Phyllanthus macroscopically, using the molecular design based on molecular substrates and receptor-based drugs. Compounds and explore the mechanism of action. Conclusions PUDDS was used to establish a scientific research system on single herbs and compound herbs of Chinese herbal medicine at the molecular level.
