传统的《餐饮服务实训》教学模式已不能适应当前的市场需求,应以“实际的工作过程为导向”的高职教育理念来进行改革,以形成新型的更符合高职学生接受程度的教学模式。本文着重阐述了高职《餐饮服务实训》课程教学改革之后,将如何提高学生的实践应用能力,培养能够胜任岗位具体要求的应用型人才。
