本文通过对酸性矿井水中和法沉泥及沉泥被酸解后得到的酸解液和残渣成分的分析,认为沉泥可以被酸解后利用。研究发现酸解液中含有较高浓度的铁、铝、锌、锰等金属离子,它们恰好是一些常用无机混凝剂的主要成分,因此我们提出用酸解液作为污水处理混凝剂的设想。另外,酸解沉泥得到的残渣,其主要成分是硫酸钙,在工农业生产中具有广泛的利用价值。
In this paper, acid mine water and the method of settling and sediment acid hydrolysis was obtained after the acid residue and residue analysis, that the sludge can be used after acid hydrolysis. The study found that the acid solution contains a high concentration of iron, aluminum, zinc, manganese and other metal ions, which happens to be some of the common inorganic coagulant main components, so we propose to use acid solution as a sewage treatment coagulant idea . In addition, the residue obtained by acidification sedimentation, the main component is calcium sulfate, in industrial and agricultural production has a wide range of use value.
