小产权房问题是社会舆论关注的焦点,受到城乡二元土地市场、土地财政、农民利益等诸多因素影响,直接关系到我国的粮食安全和经济社会的持续稳定发展。本文运用经济学原理对小产权房问题中的不同收益分配类型和结果做深入分析,从而提出建立土地发展权机制与集体经济体制改革相结合的模式彻底解决小产权房问题。
The problem of small property room is the focus of public opinion. Influenced by many factors, such as dual urban and rural land market, land finance and peasant interests, it is directly related to the food security in our country and the sustained and steady economic and social development. This paper uses economics principles to make an in-depth analysis of different income distribution types and results in the issue of small property room, and proposes to establish a combination of land development rights and collective economic system reform to solve the problem of small property houses.
