新课程改革以来,教师们参加了诸如课程培训、教材通研、教学观摩和各类研讨会等多种形式的培训。但是,不少教师在培训后却普遍感到困惑:很难把所学到的知识和技能运用到日常课堂教学。笔者认为,要解决这个困惑,就必须把新课程的理念融入具体的教学情境活动中,最简单也是最实际、最有效的就是开展校本研修。下面是笔者参加校本研修的全记录,以此展 Since the new curriculum reform, teachers have participated in various forms of training such as course training, textbook research, teaching observation and various seminars.
