随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立,国企工会工作环境发生了巨大的变化,这种变化使得原有的工会职能已经不适合国企的发展。而要想推动国企的稳定发展,加快工会职能的转变及创新格外重要。本文就新形势下国企工会职能的转变及创新进行了相关的探讨。
With the establishment of a socialist market economic system, the working environment for the trade unions of state-owned enterprises has undergone tremendous changes. This change has made the original functions of trade unions unsuitable for the development of state-owned enterprises. In order to promote the steady development of state-owned enterprises, it is especially important to speed up the transformation and innovation of trade union functions. This article discusses the changes and innovations in the functions of state-owned enterprise unions in the new situation.
