【目的】对金冠×四倍体嘎拉杂种F1代的倍性组成进行分析,以便鉴定出三倍体新种质;同时,为今后多倍体育种的亲本选择提供借鉴。【方法】以田间F1代植株茎尖幼嫩叶片为试材,利用流式细胞仪对杂种F1代个体进行了分析。【结果】32株的倍性得到了确认:包括三倍体27株,二倍体4株,单倍体1株,未发现有四倍体植株。三倍体比率高达84.4%,二倍体和单倍体的比率分别为12.5%和3.1%。【结论】金冠×四倍体嘎拉杂交组合是一个优良的创制三倍体新品种/种质的组合,今后可以利用其进行更大规模的杂交育种。
【Objective】 The analysis of the ploidy composition of the F1 generation of the golden crown × tetraploid hybrids in order to identify the new triploid germplasm; at the same time, provide references for the future selection of polyploid breeding parents. 【Method】 The young leaves of F1 plantlets in field were used as materials to analyze F1 hybrids by flow cytometry. 【Result】 The results showed that the ploidy of 32 strains was confirmed. Among them, 27 were triploid, 4 were diploid and 1 was haploid. No tetraploid plants were found. The triploid ratio was as high as 84.4%, and the diploid and haploid ratios were 12.5% and 3.1%, respectively. 【Conclusion】 The Golden Crown × Tetraploid hybrid crosses is an excellent combination of new triploid varieties / germplasm which can be used to carry out larger-scale cross breeding in the future.
