提出了一种柴油机燃烧控制策略,主要运用内部废气再循环(internalexhaustgasrecirculation,EGR)技术、分段喷射技术、可调供油提前角技术和使用代用燃料,大幅降低柴油机碳烟和氮氧化物的排放.根据该燃烧控制策略,研制了一台灵活燃料发动机.实验表明,该发动机可以燃用柴油、乙醇和碳酸二甲脂(DMC)等燃料.它的碳烟排放很低,NOx排放下降,而HC和CO排放可以维持在较低水平;在中、高负荷时,发动机燃用代用燃料时的有效热效率比燃用柴油时的有效热效率提高2%~3%.使用该发动机,既可以使排放大幅降低,又可以解决不易压燃的代用燃料在柴油机上的应用问题.
