为深入贯彻党的十八大及三中全会精神,中国经济法学研究会2014年年会暨第二十二届全国经济法理论研讨会于2014年9月28-29日在太原召开。会议由山西大学法学院及山西省法学会经济法学研究会承办,来自全国27个省、市、自治区共计194名代表参加了会议。会议主题为“国家治理能力现代化与经济法”。会议总共收录196篇论文,集中反映了我国经济法学界围绕大会主题及经济法基本问题的思考,通过这次学术交流活动,从学 In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, the 2014 Annual Meeting of China Society of Economic Law Research and the 22nd National Seminar on Economic Law Theory were held in Taiyuan on September 28-29, 2014. The conference was hosted by the Law School of Shanxi University and the Economic Law Research Association of Shanxi Law Society. A total of 194 delegates from 27 provinces, cities and autonomous regions of China attended the conference.
