本文根据信号的时移特性,对传动误差源的识别和估算提出了一种转位测量法:传动链中被考察的传动元件相对其它元件作一次转位,产生误差的相位角变动,导致误差分离和可计算。此法除能诊断出误差源、测出主要误差源之误差值外,还能测出同频率各传动元件的各自的误差值。本文以一机床产品为实例,介绍了转位法的应用及其测量分析过程。
In this paper, according to the time-shifted characteristics of the signal, a method of translocation measurement is proposed for the identification and estimation of the transmission error source. The transmission element inspected in the transmission chain makes a translocation relative to other elements and the phase angle of the error varies, resulting in error Separated and computable. This method can not only diagnose the error source, measure the error value of the main error sources, but also measure the respective error values of the transmission components with the same frequency. In this paper, a machine tool product as an example, introduces the application of translocation method and its measurement and analysis process.
