This article chooses air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned ships for hygienic monitoring. The results showed that the index of micro-climate discomfort was 75.9 for air-conditioned ships and 82.9 for non-air-conditioned ships, all of which did not meet the hygiene requirements. The average skin temperature and sweating abilities of crews were significantly different (P <0.01) Air-conditioned boat air ion concentration was significantly higher than air-conditioned boat (P <0.01); unipolar coefficient q <1.2, in line with health requirements, crew health survey: air-conditioning ship insomnia, joint pain, P <0.05). Behavioral test: Ana test showed significant difference (P <0.05), and there was significant difference (P <0.01) in the number of error test in target tracking test. This shows that the concentration of air negative ions has a certain impact on the crew’s health.
