采用超声法制备聚硅酸硫酸铝(PASS),对其混凝效能进行了研究,并与PAC混凝效能进行对比。结果表明,采用超声制得PASS的pH低于传统方法制得PASS的pH,但其混凝效能优于后者,且在高投加量时优于PAC;先0.2 kW超声1.5 h再0.2 kW超声1.5 h制备的PASS,在其投加量(以Al2O3计)为6.0 mg/L时,处理太湖水样沉后浊度为0.377 NTU、滤后CODMn为1.162 mg/L、滤后Al3+质量浓度为40μg/L,此为PASS的优化超声制备条件。混凝机理主要为电中和与吸附架桥作用。
The polysilicate aluminum sulfate (PASS) was prepared by ultrasonic method. The coagulation efficiency was studied and compared with PAC coagulation efficiency. The results showed that the pH of PASS prepared by ultrasonic was lower than that of PASS obtained by the traditional method, but its coagulation efficiency was better than that of PAC and better than that of PAC at high dosage. The PASS prepared by ultrasonic for 1.5 h had a turbidity of 0.377 NTU and a CODMn of 1.162 mg / L after the treatment of Taihu Lake water samples with the dosage of 6.0 mg / L (as Al2O3), the mass concentration of Al3 + 40μg / L, which is PASS optimal ultrasonic preparation conditions. The coagulation mechanism is mainly electric neutralization and adsorption bridging effect.
