砂浆材料压剪受力性能研究

针对砌体结构中的砂浆材料,考虑4种强度等级和11种压剪应力状态的影响,利用自行设计的砂浆材料简易剪压试验装置,对砂浆棱柱体试件进行了压剪破坏实验。根据实验结果,将压剪试件的破坏分为受剪、压剪耦合和受压3种形式。通过测试砂浆棱柱体试件在不同压应力水平下的抗剪强度,对实验数据进行无量纲化处理,获得了其在压剪状态下的破坏准则。将该准则应用于砌体试件的离散单元模型中,对砌体试件的压剪实验进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果与实验结果符合程度较好。研究手段和成果可为基于离散单元法的砌体结构的数值模拟提供数据基础。 Aiming at the mortar material in masonry structure, four kinds of strength grades and 11 kinds of stress state of compressive shear were considered. By means of simple shear test device of mortar material designed by ourselves, the mortar prismatic specimen was subjected to the compression shear failure experiment. According to the experimental results, the damage of the compression-shear specimen is divided into three forms: shear, pressure-shear coupling and compression. By testing the shear strength of mortar and prism specimens under different compressive stress levels, the experimental data are dimensionlessized and the failure criterion under the condition of pressure-shear is obtained. The criterion is applied to the discrete element model of masonry specimen, the pressure-shear experiment of masonry specimen is numerically simulated, and the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Research methods and results can provide data foundation for numerical simulation of masonry structures based on discrete element method.
