研究了母线PT间隔合并单元和智能终端一体化。结合实际,给出了产品装置的软硬件架构图,详细介绍了应用于PT间隔以Power PC MPC8377为核心处理芯片的模拟量合智一体装置的研制。给出了硬件方案和软件设计方案,实现了合智一体装置GOOSE的订阅与发布,通过开关量的采集实现了对PT间隔刀闸状态监视,通过模拟量的采集和合并实现了SV的上送。最终满足了工程对合并单元和智能终端集约化需求,并且达到了节省空间、减少光口、节约成本的效果。实验结果表明,研制的母线合智一体装置成本低廉、功能强大、性能优良,较好地完成了对PT刀闸的状态监视和控制、对母线电压的采集合并及其规约转换功能。该装置完全满足智能化变电站IEC 61850通信规约。
The bus PT integration unit and intelligent terminal integration are studied. According to the actual situation, the hardware and software architecture diagram of the product device is given, and the development of analog integrated device based on Power PC MPC8377 with PT interval as the core processing chip is introduced in detail. The hardware scheme and software design scheme are given, and the subscription and release of GOOSE integrated device are realized. By means of the switch quantity acquisition, the switch state monitoring of PT interval is realized. The SV sending is achieved through the acquisition and combination of analog quantity . Eventually to meet the project on the merging of units and smart terminals intensive demand, and to save space, reduce the optical port, cost savings effect. The experimental results show that the bus coupler integrated with low cost, powerful function and excellent performance has completed the monitoring and control of the state of PT knife switch, the collection and merging of the bus voltage and its conversion function. The device fully meet the intelligent substation IEC 61850 communication protocol.
