目的通过团体心理辅导提高初中留守儿童的社会适应性。方法采用陈建文、黄希庭编制的中学生社会适应性问卷,对81名留守儿童进行实验研究。结果对照班前后测分数在各个方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验班前后测分数在动力、信任感、社会接纳性、利他倾向、挑战性、乐观倾向等6个因子,在心理弹性和人际适应2个维度及总适应性上达到了显著性水平;实验班与对照班相比,在动力、活力、信任感、利他倾向、灵活性、乐观倾向等6个因子上,心理能量、心理弹性、人际适应性等3个维度上及总适应性水平上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体辅导能有效提升初中生的社会适应性,尤其是在心理弹性和人际适应性这2个维度上效果更为显著。
Objective To improve the social adaptability of left behind children through group counseling. Methods Using the questionnaire of social adaptability of middle school students compiled by Chen Jianwen and Huang Xiting, 81 left-behind children were studied experimentally. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in all aspects (P> 0.05). There were 6 factors (power, trust, social acceptance, altruism tendency, challenge and optimism tendency) Resilience and interpersonal adaptation of the two dimensions and the total adaptability reached a significant level; experimental class compared with the control class, in power, vitality, trust, altruism, flexibility, optimism and other six factors, the psychological energy , Mental flexibility, interpersonal adaptability and other three dimensions and the total adaptability was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Group counseling can effectively improve the social adaptability of junior high school students, especially in the two dimensions of resilience and interpersonal adaptability.
