目前常用的诸元装订方式为有线装订,装订时需要插拔线缆,影响了装订时间。为了提高装订速度,满足批量装订、快速发射的要求,提出了无线装订方法,设计并实现了基于SimpliciTI无线通信协议,以CC2530芯片为核心的无线装订系统。介绍了系统原理、组成与功能、软件工作流程,其中包括系统时钟设置与频率跳变机制的具体实现。实验验证了所设计的功能能够实现,并分析了无线通信性能,证明所设计的无线装订系统能够完成诸元装订的工作,相比有线装订方式有效地提高了装订速度。
At present, the commonly used method for binding bindings is wired binding. When binding, the cables need to be plugged and unplugged, which affects the binding time. In order to improve the speed of bookbinding, meet the requirement of batch binding and rapid launch, a wireless binding method is proposed and a wireless binding system based on SimpliciTI wireless communication protocol and CC2530 chip is designed and realized. Introduced the system principle, the composition and the function, the software work flow, including the system clock establishment and the frequency hopping mechanism concrete realization. Experiments show that the designed functions can be realized, and the wireless communication performance is analyzed. It proves that the designed wireless binding system can finish the binding work of all elements, and improves the binding speed effectively compared with the wired binding method.
