Germany is the world’s leading exporter. If the global market share is used to measure the ability of a company to internationalize, Germany’s most powerful exporters are those unknown middle-sized companies such as Curance, Weining, Haoni, and Haimen. In Germany, there are a large number of such unnamed medium-sized companies, each with its own world market. Its market share is often four or five times higher than that of its most powerful opponent. Holman Simon, a professor of corporate management at the University of Gutenberg in Germany, did some in-depth discussions and suggested that the key to the success of German medium-sized companies is the following five points. 1. Concentration of power: German medium-sized companies have limited resources to know themselves, and they try to avoid the dispersion of power. Production and sales are concentrated in a few products.
