从中药丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)的乙醚萃取物中得到一个新的结晶物质,呈暗红色多面体状。通过光谱分析,推测是由一对同分异构体构成的。在此基础上,用苯、乙醇及其混合溶剂在适当条件下多次重结晶,最后得到了两个化合物。其中一个呈棕红色针状结晶,熔点174~176℃,光谱分析表明它就是近年钱名堃等所发表的次甲丹参醌(Ⅰ)。我们
A new crystalline material was obtained from the ethyl ether extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge in the form of a dark red polyhedron. By spectroscopic analysis, it is presumed that it consists of a pair of isomers. On this basis, benzene, ethanol and their mixed solvents were recrystallized under appropriate conditions for several times, and finally two compounds were obtained. One of them is a brown-red needle crystal with a melting point of 174 to 176°C. Spectral analysis shows that it is the sub-tanshinone glycoside (I) that Qian Mingji and others published in recent years. we
