作为高等教育法学专业中的核心课程之一,国际法学在法学教学内容体系中扮演了重要角色,同时国际法学也是历年国家司法考试中的必考课程,因此,无论是国际法学的基础知识掌握还是社会实践的效果都必须得到重视。在教学实践过程中发现,传统的“填鸭式”等教学方法,缺乏相应的教学理念和指导原则,难以起到激发学生们的学习热情的作用,由于其教学方法上存在很大的缺陷,急需对国际法学的教学内容和教学方式进行相应的变革。
