目的:探讨药品降价对我院肿瘤患者抗微生物药利用的影响。方法:对2005～2007年药品8次降价期间,我院抗微生物药的销售金额、用药频度及日用药金额等进行回顾性分析。结果:各年度抗微生物药销售金额占我院药品年销售金额的9.47%～7.27%,比例逐年下降,但抗微生物药总日用药金额逐年上升,各类抗微生物药用药频度和费用呈不同的变化趋势。结论:药品降价对肿瘤患者抗微生物药的合理应用起到了积极的干预作用。
Objective: To investigate the impact of drug price reduction on the use of antimicrobial agents in patients with cancer in our hospital. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted on the sales amount of antimicrobials, the frequency of medication and the amount of daily medication during the 8 price cuts between 2005 and 2007. Results: The annual sales of antimicrobial drugs accounted for 9.47% -7.27% of the annual sales of drugs in our hospital, the proportion decreased year by year, but the total amount of antimicrobial drugs increased year by year, the frequency and cost of various antimicrobial drugs were different The trend of change. Conclusion: Drug prices have a positive effect on the rational use of anti-microbial drugs in cancer patients.
