士官教育作为军事教育的重要组成部分,是一种针对性很强的岗位职业技术教育。因此,着眼于士官教育的特殊性,需要对士官教学的各个方面进行有的放矢的改革和完善。教材是体现教学内容和教学方法的主要载体,是教师教学和学员学习的主要依据。尽管很多立志于教学改革的教育工作者坚持不懈地进行教学研究,然而能够多方面地再现教改成果和教学经验的教材并不多。因此,教材必须有针对性,要明确为谁而编,为什么目的而编,是否符合学习者的自身情况与要求等等。本文重点分析了教材编写出现的问题以及教材编写应把握的原则。
As an important part of military education, the education of noncommissioned officers is a highly targeted vocational and technical education. Therefore, focusing on the special nature of non-commissioned officers education, it is necessary to carry out targeted reforms and improvements in all aspects of teaching officers’ teaching. Teaching materials reflect the teaching content and teaching methods of the main carrier, is the main basis for teaching and student learning. Although many educators who are determined to teach reform persevere in teaching and research, there are not many teaching materials that can show many aspects of teaching reform results and teaching experience. Therefore, the textbook must be targeted, to be clear for whom, why the purpose of editing, is consistent with the learners’ own situation and requirements and so on. This article focuses on analyzing the problems in the compilation of textbooks and the principles that should be grasped in the compilation of textbooks.
